"This is great stuff. I hope you’ll be gentle with me when you start adding Washington sites.

Ha ha! So far so good! I haven't gotten to too many of them, but so far they have been helpful and informative...I can't wait to visit more! :)

We have started using the new edition of Gem Trails of Oregon, written by Garret Romaine. This book is much improved over the older Mitchell edition. All Oregon posts by us for Oregon sites prior to Spring 2009 are based on the Mitchell edition. From now on we'll be using Garret's book. Our posts based on the new edition will include GR in the title.
