Directions: The Gem Trails map will get you to Holley, OR, and the Calapooia, but the road along the river is now Upper Calapooia Drive.

Notes: We did not work Site B, but did search along the river, Site A. There are only a few places where you can get down to the river. We found very little at the first couple stops, but several miles upriver where the road crosses from the south to the north side, there is good access to a fairly productive area. We got small amounts of pale blue agate, green and purple jasper and petrified wood (not of good quality).
